This bed seems very well made and sturdy for the price! Recently, I helped my dad get this frame for his queen mattress/ box spring set. Unfortunately, the original shipment was missing the parts list plus the four plastic inserts which connect the rollers/ frame feet to the frame. Since the Candy Factory (where the frame ships from) is a third-party, we were unable to communicate directly with them. However, as soon as the Company's personnel noticed my original 3-star rating (due to the missing pieces), they were quick to notify me that they were immediately shipping the missing parts to my dad, which he received within a week! (We had decided to "make it work" w/o the missing parts if need be, since it was too inconvenient for us to send such a bulky item back for replacement.) This said, I am now happy to report that not only would I give the bed "top rating," but would also give both Amazon (who compensated for our inconvenience) and the Candy Company a 5-star rating!

After having been given an outrageous price at Macy's for this type of frame, I decided to check Amazon and I am happy I did. Considerably less in price. No time to put it together. I am very pleased with this purchase.

The frame came in one box that was sort of busted, but I think that's the delivery man's cause, not Amazon. The frame itself was fine and super easy to put together. My husband and I had it together in about five minutes and haven't had any issues.
