Purchasing it "blind" was a real leap for me. Because hardware to attach it to the bed frame is not included. It arrived within 5 days, undamaged in a huge box containing four pieces: two legs, the headboard and a brace board. It appears to be solid wood: mahogany and cherry veneer and it went together easily.
