The subject headboard's color is true to its on-line picture. It's very difficult to find light-colored furniture and I had to do it piecemeal. It arrived slightly early. There were no scratches or other imperfections. The headboard does not have slots for the bedframe to slip into, but must be screwed into the bedframe. Hardware and directions were provided. Later, when the new mattress set and bedframe arrived, I asked that deliveryman to set it up and he did - for $20.00. I'm still pleased.

We got this as a Christmas gift for our child b/c we liked the simple style. The color is MUCH lighter than the picture leads you to believe. Then after trying to return the product to the manufacturer, we shortly realized that this was much more trouble than we first thought. There is a restocking fee and of course we pay the return shipping and freight. After it's all said and done, we'll get about half of our refund. The customer service rep from the manufacturer advised we try to sell it on Craig's List. What a headache! We would have NEVER asked for this headboard if we knew then what we know now!
